Our dimensional inspection laboratory is clean and organized. We can provide Gage & Check Fixture Calibrations, as well as Part Inspection and Reverse Engineering Services. Our Inspection Laboratory Equipment features State of the Art Renishaw Digital Universal CMM Controllers and Probing Systems including Vision Capability, the SP25 Analog Continuous Contact Scanning, and Non-Contact Laser Scanning inspection to CAD and Digitizing. Being a long time Renishaw Accredited UCC Systems Retrofit Partner, ours was the first commercial Laboratory to make use of the new ground breaking Renishaw PH20 5 Axis Continuous Motion Probing System. Utilizing the latest technology, multiple software packages, and working multiple flexible shifts, helps to streamline our process. This speeds up turn-around time and helps keep outsourcing costs lower for our customers, all while maintaining the accuracy, precision, and repeatability you demand and expect.
